Mr. Johnny Yiu

BHK, MPT Physiotherapist Vancouver, BC

Johnny Yiu, physiotherapist, discusses treatment of medial elbow pain.

The first line of treatment for this medial elbow pain would be your RICE, so rest, ice, compression and elevate.

This dies down the inflammation and stimulates the fleshing out of the inflammatory processes and stimulates healing. After a couple of days, I would recommend them see a physiotherapist to start their exercise regimen to help get them back on the field as soon as possible.

If you have questions about medial elbow pain symptoms, contact a local physiotherapist.
