Nemanja Sambaher (Nem) is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Personal Trainer in Toronto with a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology. Nem has been involved in the health and fitness field for more than 10 years specializing in exercise programming for clients with musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurological, and metabolic disorders. Nem is a published author with a strong science background. His work has been featured in scientific journals like Neuroscience, Scandinavian Journal of Medicine and Science in Sports, Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research and Frontiers in Human Neuroscience. As a writer, Nem contributed to online publications like Stack.com, Running Room and Applied Physiology, Nutrition and Metabolism. He is also a member of an expert review panel for a popular fitness website A Workout Routine along with some of the top physicians and registered dieticians. Having experience in a clinical setting, corporate environment, fitness industry and as a university researcher, Nem offers a unique approach to health and fitness.
