So there's a great example of a pull muscle group exercise. If you would like a program that's more individualized to your needs, please consult with your local athletic therapist , kinesiologist, trainer, or physiotherapist.

Why did you choose your current profession?

I was first a personal trainer and found that everyone has some sort of ache, pain, or injury. I went back to school for athletic therapy to help my personal training. I ended up really liking AT and now do both. I enjoy working with sports teams tremendously, and like the variety in my work!

Who influenced your profession choice the most?

I had great ATs while I was running track at York University. They exposed me to the program at York and the possibilities. Grey Cook and Paul Chek also showed me what could be done with the sports med knowledge while doing strength and conditioning.
